Terms of Service

1. Service Description

UIHands ("we", "us", "our") provides custom hand-shot video footage of mobile applications for use in digital advertising. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and Payment

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Delivery

Footage is delivered to your account dashboard within 24 hours of brief approval. 10-Pack orders receive same-day priority. Delivery times are estimates and may vary; we will notify you promptly if a delay occurs.

4. Re-shoots and Refunds

If the delivered footage does not match the approved brief, re-shoots are handled as follows:

Single: No free re-shoot included. If the footage clearly does not match the approved brief, contact us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

5-Pack: Includes 1 free re-shoot per order.

10-Pack: Includes 2 free re-shoots per order.

If we are unable to deliver acceptable footage after the included re-shoots are exhausted, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind cancellations after brief approval, or for footage that matches the approved brief.

5. Intellectual Property and License

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use, modify, and distribute the footage in paid and organic advertising. We retain no rights to publish or resell your footage.

You warrant that any app, brand, or content you submit for filming does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use footage produced by UIHands to promote illegal products or services, deceptive advertising, or content that violates the policies of major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

UIHands is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the footage. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
