UIHands ("we", "us", "our") is a video production service for app developers and marketers, operating at uihands.com. For privacy matters, contact us at yusuf@uihands.com.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password when you create an account.

Order data: app store links, brief details, and any information you provide when placing an order.

Payment data: payments are processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.

Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), retained for up to 90 days.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to create and manage your account, process and fulfill orders, communicate order status, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.

Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs checkout data.

Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

5. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for authentication (session token). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

6. Data Retention

Account and order data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
